The particulars are as follows: <strong>D.M. MILLER<\/strong>, went was heard to explain, \u201ctake <strong>Jim LUTHER<\/strong> off of me.\u201d <strong>MILLER<\/strong> fired three shots at <strong>LUTHER<\/strong>, two to the residence of<strong> Geo. LUTHER<\/strong>, and had a scuffle with<strong> James LUTHER<\/strong>, in the doorway. <strong>MILLER<\/strong> of which took effect, either was sufficient to produce death. <strong>LUTHER<\/strong> died instantly. The supposed cause of the shooting <strong>MILLER<\/strong> made his escape.
