HAND<\/strong> of France, was arrested in this town last night by <strong>Sheriff REDDICK<\/strong> of Perquimans county upon suspicion as being the man wanted at Knoxville, Tenn., for forgery. \u00a0A hearing was had before <strong>Justice ARMISTEAD<\/strong>.
