On Monday morning Joseph and Lee NEWBERRY, Lyman and Frank GOELETT, Enoch LUDFORD and Rick SEABORO, all white boys, were taken before Mayor LATHAM charged with having violated ordinance No. 19. All plead guilty and were discharged upon a promise of good behavior in the future.
