Ms. Thos. HUMPHREY, of the West Indes, arrived yesterday to spend sometime with her parents Mr. and Mrs. J.T. BLAND, Sr.

Miss Chaffin arrived yesterday to spend the summer with her parents, Rev. and Mrs. L.M. CHAFFIN.

Dr. TAYLOR has purchased the residence now occupied by Mr. YOUNT and will soon move there.  Mr. YOUNT will move to the residence vacated by Dr. TAYLOR.
