GARNETT, who is here with Mrs. HITCHCOCK and her daughter, Mrs. COIT, from California, doesn’t want professor stuck to his name, and still he has made some valuable discoveries in mineral on this estate. Mrs. HITCHCOCK has concluded to put this large and valuable property on the market, and we can say from our own personal knowledge that here is a chance for money to double itself by investment.
