DIED – On the 17th inst., Mill Louisa BURROUGHS, aged 45, daughter of the late David BURROUGHS of Va., an officer of the Revolutionary war.  She was a member of the Protestant Methodist Church and for twenty-five years an exemplary and consistent christian.
